Certificates

Use Identity > Certificates to review certificate details, health, JSON payloads, and usage information.

Certificates are sensitive operational artifacts. Review destination and usage impact before replacing, deleting, or depending on certificate-related configuration.

Common Uses

  • Review certificate metadata.
  • Inspect certificate health and summary fields.
  • Review usage information.
  • Copy JSON for support or troubleshooting.

Basic Workflow

  1. Select an Org Root.
  2. Select a source environment.
  3. Search for the certificate.
  4. Open the row to inspect details.
  5. Use Details for the operational summary.
  6. Use JSON for the raw payload.

Detail Views

The certificate detail modal includes:

  • Details: health strip, structured summary, and grouped usage information.
  • JSON: prettified raw payload with an in-view copy action.

Safety Notes

Before changing related configuration:

  • Confirm the certificate's usage.
  • Confirm dependent flows, applications, or policies.
  • Coordinate certificate lifecycle changes with the team that owns the certificate.

Troubleshooting

If certificates do not appear, confirm:

  • Source environment is selected.
  • Worker app has identity read access.
  • Search and filters are cleared.
  • Your user has access to the identity domain if user authorization is enabled.
